The recent reports of Samsung Galaxy Note7 replacement devices exploding, just like the first version, have prompted AT&T to immediately suspend its replacement program.
"We're no longer exchanging new Note 7s at this time, pending further investigation of these reported incidents," the company said in a statement on Sunday, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The decision follows multiple reports of Samsung Galaxy Note7 replacement devices overheating and smoking, despite the fact that the new devices were meant to correct the same issue that plagued earlier versions of the smartphone. Read more...
