Anyone can make a Twitter Moment

Twitter is about to get more creative.

Twitter is now opening up Moments, its tool for curating collections of tweets around specific subjects, to everyone.

Moments, perhaps still best-known for its controversial design choice (remember the blue dot everyone hated), first launched nearly a year ago. The feature, which initially allowed select publishers to curate collections of tweets around specific events and other conversations happening on the network, promised to help make Twitter more user-friendly, particularly to new users.  Read more...
